Refund policy
At Retrovert Candles, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day refund policy under the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unlit, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
- Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
