Shipping policy

 

Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

 

1. Shipping Locations

  • United States – Nationwide shipping available.
  • Canada – Standard and expedited shipping options available.
  • International Orders – We may be able to accommodate international shipping on a case-by-case basis. If you are located outside the U.S. or Canada, please contact us directly at info@RetrovertCandles.com before placing an order.

 

2. Processing Times/Order & Shipping Information

We strive to keep all of our candle scents in stock and ready to ship within 2-3 business days. However, due to high demand, our most popular fragrances may occasionally sell out. In such cases, your candle will be freshly hand-poured within 24-48 hours of your order and will undergo a 7-day curing process to ensure optimal fragrance and performance. Your order will ship promptly after this curing period.

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or times when we are experiencing product delays from our suppliers, processing times may be slightly longer. 

 

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. 

 Estimated delivery times:

 

United States

  • Standard Shipping: Approximately three to seven business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Approximately two to three business days

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: Approximately seven to ten business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Approximately three to five business days

International

  • Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. We will provide details upon request.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
  • If your order is missing or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us at info@RetrovertCandles.com.

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

 

7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as needed.
